Great party. I was standing next to the fireplace drinking a glass of champagne. After

myself, why'd I even come in the first place? Meli Wenders, accounting team leader, was

trying her best to flirt with me as I gazed out at the crowd. Maybe a couple dozen people

had shown up. None of them were familiar. It's amazing how you can work at a place for

nearly six years and not recognize a single face. The only reason I even knew Meli was
