hello everyone welcome back to the gen z girl podcast my name is abby ascelain and i am the host

i am so excited for this week's episode um I'm pre-recording it a little bit and I'm just so excited because it's going to be a very merry episode having to do all about the holidays and the holiday season. I know whenever you guys are listening to this or if you're i mean hopefully if you're listening to it just

right after um thanksgiving when this episode gets released um thanksgiving just ended so it's officially

uh normal and accepted to play your christmas music and celebrate christmas coming i personally

start celebrating it at like the beginning of november um just because i I mean, I still celebrate Thanksgiving, obviously, but I just like love

the Christmas season and I wish it like lasted longer because it's such like a great time for like giving and just like finding happiness and the little things and all of that.

So I just like love the holiday season.

So I'm just going to go through kind of my holiday traditions growing up just to be a very lighthearted episode.

Kind of like my bucket list for the holidays and my like holiday favorites.

Kind of I'm going to give sort of a brief gift guide.

I haven't really bought any gifts yet.

So like I feel like this would go a lot better if I had bought gifts already

and kind of just go through like saving money during the holidays and like how to like just get

the best deals and um kind of like not necessarily like what I'm asking for for Christmas but some of my

favorite gifts that I've gotten and some things I've asked for in the past and then if there is anything

I can think of that like I, I'm wanting really badly,

then I will mention that.

So that's kind of the overview of today's episode.

I just got done walking Ella, my little dog, on the Tencil Trail, on Riverwalk in Tuscaloosa.
