Summary

On May 13, 2017, trans Latina Kimberly Avila goes missing in downtown Brownsville, Texas, just on the border of Mexico. Soon, a rumor swirls around this small town -- Kimberly may have been kidnapped or, worse, murdered by a member of the cartel.
