That is the University of North Carolina's daily student newspaper and has long been considered one of the best college newspapers in the United States.

And she joins me because

she is covering North Carolina football. And what does that mean? That means she's covering

Bill Belichick, one of the more interesting stories when it comes to sports in December of

2024. And I am pleased to be joined by Caroline Willis.

Well, we're super excited because you're lowering my demographics, given your age.

So I want to, I'm just, we're going to do a little bit of like sort of like your own like

background demographics real quick before we get into your writing and stuff like that. So I know you're a senior at the University of North Carolina, um, at Chapel Hill. And just based on what I saw, you have a, you're, you're both a media, uh, and journalism major and a political science major. Is that all accurate?

Yes, that is all right. Okay. So how does someone who is whatever, 21, 22 come to decide that they want to major in both media and journalism and political science?

Well, it's all because of my dad.

You know, we have this really fun family history where he was a basketball coach

at my high school for about 20 years.

And so I grew up in the stands of his high school gym, watching the games.

And then when I was in high school, I became a manager.
