Norina Bensel grew up in rural Pennsylvania and was practically destined to go into education. Both my parents were teachers.

My father taught English at the high school level. My mother taught elementary school. So I was

raised in a background of education. So being a teacher just kind of came naturally to me. And

and I went, actually, I started at Red Line

from the very beginning after I graduated,

so I taught there for 36 years.

I was 18 years, I was a teacher,

and then the second 18 years I was an administrator.
