It's a great challenge.

And when we were doing our interviews, that's a big part of Ben.

Ben wanted to be here, and he wanted to compete in this division because he knows how tough it is.

And that stood out to me, and he carries that out in his actions and things that he says and does around the facility.

And the guys feel that.

I don't see a juggernaut in the other three teams.

And if the Bears take another step, remember, they weren't successful record-wise last year,

but they were competitive.

You know, now I think Ben takes that talent and elevates it because of his attention to detail.

And I like them to win some of these close games.
