| 0:17.0 | But in our household, the word on everyone's lips is Halloween. |
| 0:25.0 | Despite part of its origins in old Scottish tradition, |
| 0:29.0 | modern Halloween, with its industrial levels of dressing up and trick-or-treating, |
| 0:34.0 | isn't quite as big a thing here as it is in other parts of the world. |
| 0:38.0 | So like last year, we'll be priming our neighbours to make sure they're well stocked. |
| 0:48.0 | We're moving home soon, |
| 0:50.0 | and these are the last few weeks in the place we've called home for 12 years. |
| 0:54.0 | So it's going to be bittersweet as we go around our quiet neighbourhood. |
| 0:59.0 | The kids are super excited, though. |
| 1:02.0 | Our son, Anne, is going to dress up as no face |
| 1:05.0 | from the classic Japanese animated film Spirited Away. |
| 1:08.0 | And our daughter, Sophia, |
| 1:10.0 | now that she realises that she doesn't have to be something scary |
| 1:14.0 | will of course be Elsa from Frozen. |
| 1:19.0 | When it comes to trick-or-treating with the kids, |
| 1:22.0 | we all know it'll just be all treats. |
| 1:26.0 | But in honour of the tradition, |
| 1:28.0 | I thought it might be fun to do a special Halloween meditation together. |
