This morning, Amy Hall and I did three sessions of hashtag STRFs.

Now, we usually do four, but today we both got stuck in some crazy L.A. traffic got in late, and so we ended up three.

But we are using questions that

you sent in. It's called hashtag STRS, because if you have a question you want to ask us and you have

an X account, you can go there and write in hashtag STRSk. And, well, Amy will find it. I don't know how to do that, but Amy will, she can.

Or you can simply go to STR.org, and under STR.org, it's, I think it's a drop-down menu

from the podcast, is that right? So there's a podcast drop down to hashtag STR ask, and then on that page,

if you look to the upper left, you'll see a link where it says, send in a question. Now,

it's small print, but you'll see it there. And then you could now send in a question to us there,

and you'll dictate it, or you write it? Or do they speak or do they write it they write it okay and uh and then

we'll get that and um amy will use and we'll have access to that for that show it's a wonderful

show i love it if you enjoy this show i promise you will enjoy hashtag shter ask you get one hour twice a week of me, and you'll get a half

hour twice a week of Amy and I. So that's four a week. I mean, that's just kind of fill up your

dance card, right? That's us. But it's not burdensome. I got a two-hour commute in the morning

and a two-hour commute in the afternoon on the way back, you know.

So that takes up all the podcasts if you think of the time.

But we love answering those questions.
