And all of those that we support are mission, to be a trusted guide to those who choose

to be the exception and to positively influence influencers.

The first and most important attribute is love.

And I learned this directly from Steve Jobs.

He said, when I hire somebody really senior, competence is the ante, meaning of course

they've got to be really smart.

But the real issue for me is, are they going to fall in love with Apple?

If they fall in love with Apple, everything else will take care of itself.

He went on to say, the only way you get people to do great work is if they love what they

do.

Put another way by the chief product officer of Uber and Amazon and Groupon before that.

He said, hire patriots, not mercenaries.

You see, wars, revolutions and grand crusades are won by patriots, not mercenaries.

Let's do it for the love of the cause, for the mission and the impact mercenaries do
