in North Carolina, deliberate and elaborate. That's how authorities are describing a vandalism

incident early Sunday in more county, North Carolina, that knocked out power to tens of

thousands and triggered alarms and even medical calls. We did determine that there had been

intentional impact on the substation, damaging multiple pieces of equipment in the substation.
