1:06.4	convention begins tonight apparently. It's just the Trump show for nights of
1:10.2	Trump speaking at 10 o'clock and the polling after the Democratic Convention
1:17.5	last week suggests that while Joe Biden didn't get much of a bump, it's
1:21.7	maybe that there's no bump for him to get because he's already over 50. He's
1:26.3	up eight to nine points. Blah blah blah. However, Noah Rothman in our on our
1:33.1	blog on Friday made the point that the Democrats ran away from the crime
1:38.9	issue. Didn't mention it. Didn't talk about it except in the context of
1:43.4	structural racism and and and so what we have is the Republicans the pew
1:52.7	poll that came out on Friday says that 59% of Americans view violent crime as a
1:59.6	major issue just below the virus. So does this mean? Will Riley, this is one of
2:06.1	your main subjects over the last couple of years and particularly since the
2:11.2	beginning of the riots after George Floyd does this mean that there is a
2:16.6	political opportunity for Trump this week if the convention highlights the
2:23.0	crime problem? Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if the GOP convention was just
