Tonight we are continuing with a tale of two cities.

But before that, let's relax for a moment.

Stay very still and continue to breathe deeply

while you think about every part of your body,

from your toes to your head.

Acknowledge its existence and how it feels before moving on to the next part.

Beginning with your toes and working your way up slowly. Make sure every part of your

body is fully relaxed. Miss Pross and Mr. Cruncher were collecting the provisions they needed when they entered a wine shop that looked a little quieter than the others.

As they were about to pay, a man stood up and ended up face to face with Miss Pross, who screamed

and clapped her hands.

The man was her long-lost brother, Solomon, who asked them to step outside with him.

He spoke to her coldly, asking what she wanted, when Mr.

Cruncher began to question if his name was John or Solomon. As he was searching for a surname

he wanted to attach with his face, Mr. Sidney Carton came beside them and called the man Barzad,

the spy at the trial of Mr. Darnay in London, and the same one who visited the Defarge's wine shop

before the revolution erupted.
