Maybe how your chest and stomach rise and fall with each breath, expanding and contracting.

If your mind wanders, gently guide it back to this focus and try not to get frustrated.

Inhale deeply inviting in the positive and exhale out, releasing the negative.

For the first time since his incarceration, the doctor felt a power in his misfortune.

He was untouchable in the eyes of the Patriots and felt a liberty like never before.

He was steadfast in his belief that he would save Charles and in the meantime set to work

as the doctor for the prisons and hospitals alike.

On the evening of their arrival, he had gone to La Force and petitioned the self-imposed

tribunal for Charles' release. The tribunal were judging which prisoners would be freed, which would stay, and which would be sent out into the murderous mob.
