and give any areas that need it an extra squeeze and release

to help them relax.

Take a nice deep breath in, hold it at a moment, and then exhale, breathing away any remaining thoughts, cluttering your mind.

episode. Charles Darnay came to see Dr. Manette when he knew Miss Lucy Manette was away from the house.

He carefully told the doctor how much he loved his daughter, but how much he also knew Lucy loved her father.

Charles swore he would never separate them,

and only asked now that the doctor tell Lucy about his feelings for her

if she approached him and disclosed affections of her own.

Charles expressed concern about Lucy's heart being elsewhere,

and Dr. Manette did confirm that Stryver and Carton were often visiting,

but that he didn't imagine she held any regard for them. He struggled with the

idea of his daughter not being his and only his. Their relationship was so very close since

they were reunited. But he did like Charles Darnay and appreciated his sentiment. He promised to do as Charles

asked, but when the young man began to tell him about his past in France, the doctor shut him down.
