I'm Aaron Chappell, my wife, Chen Chelsea's mother, my mother's daughter.

I just always wanted a good job and to follow the rules, and I was a straight-A student.

I wanted to be a wife and mother, very young, but my cannot admit till we were 21, and four

months later we were married.

I was working at a convenience store, and he came in there one day.

On the way home from work, I was in college.

He was all dirty from work and construction, and I took one look at him.

I said, I'm going to marry him.

We've been married 41 years this July.

When I began this project, I wanted to get to know more about who Michael Chappell really is,

and who better to ask than his wife, who has chosen to stand by his side and remain married to him

for the past 29 years that he's been in prison.

I asked Aaron, what it was that attracted her so much to Mike at first.

He's tall, I love tall.

He was muscular, he's a bodybuilder, he was an amateur bodybuilder, very witty, very

funny, very entertaining, and I mean who doesn't want to be around laughter and joy all the

time?
