And it's embraced a view that Justice Thomas has long held but didn't seem to have a majority

until now, which is that the Second Amendment is not a second-class right, as Justice Thomas

said. And by basically insisting that you have to look to history to figure out whether regulation

is okay, the Court has signaled a real willingness to take a hard look at gun regulations that many
