Good evening, everyone. We begin tonight with breaking news in the multiple special counsel

investigations into Donald Trump. In the last hour, there have been some big, big developments

in the classified documents case. A superseding indictment has added a new charge against

Donald Trump, one additional count of willful retention of national defense information.

It also adds a third defendant to the case alongside Trump and his longtime valet Walty

Nada. Carlos de Oliveira was the head of maintenance at Trump's Florida Resort and reportedly

helped Nada move boxes of documents from the infamous storage room at a key moment, a day

before prosecutors came to retrieve those remaining classified documents. He's facing

four charges, including conspiracy to obstruct justice, concealing an object, correctly concealing

a document and false statements. And according to the superseding indictment, a week after

the DOJ emailed an attorney for Trump's business organization, a draft grand jury subpoena requiring

the production of certain security camera footage from Mar-a-Lago.

de Oliveira had this conversation with another Trump employee.

Quote, de Oliveira told Trump employee four that the boss wanted the server deleted. Trump

employee four responded that he would not know how to do that, and that he did not believe

that he would have the rights to do that. Trump employee four told de Oliveira that de Oliveira

would have to reach out to another employee who was a supervisor of security for Trump's

business organization. De Oliveira then insisted to Trump employee four that the boss wanted

the server deleted and asked, what are we going to do? A lawyer for de Oliveira declined to comment.

This comes as Trump is likely facing his third indictment as a former president.
