Usually, there is simply a missing ingredient to the person that you already are. The missing ingredient could be a new habit to practice. It also could be eliminating a habit that's blocking your desired outcome.

Once you identify it make sure that you lock in at being your best self along with collaborating with the right people to get the results you desire.
