so pathetic but true is that it's better to speak imperfectly than to sit in silence for self

preservation and say and I go back and forth with how I need to do this and you know I don't want to

appear like I'm trying to be some sort of white savior give a cheesy motivational speech I'd rather

give the podium to a woman of color that can actually speak to this from the depths of their own

experience but when I sat here and thought about it it's typically me every week and it's

typically me that's fallen short of what I should have been doing and it's my thoughts and feelings

and actions toward anti-racism that I've neglected to share that I want to share with you now and
