We have reached the end of another tumultuous week in the history of Britain, in the history of Brexit, in the history of Parliament, in the history of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. And here we are consumed, by the way, with indecision. Consumed with doubt, we're guilty about almost everything. We feel as though somehow capitalism has failed

the world. We feel as though somehow we're being told all the time by our political leaders

that things should get better, but they never will. We're told all the time that we should be

doing more for those who are less fortunate than we are. We are told all the time that we are

negative, that we are in losing territory, that

we will never ever get back to the heights of where we once were. Well, I've got news for all

of you do sayers out there. I've got news for all of you gloom merchants. I'm going to be

celebrating what is great to be British this morning because quite frankly, I'm sick to death

of hearing from the likes of Jeremy

Corbyn that the gap between the rich and the poor is only going to get bigger. The fact that

everybody's queuing up for food at food banks means that we are a nation that has failed our people.
