impacts emotional health. I feel like over the past decade or so, maybe a little bit more,

there has been

like this renewed focused on honesty in modern Christianity. It's definitely a cultural thing.

Just, you know, don't hold anything back, express yourself, just be raw and real. But it's

definitely come into the church as well. And a lot of times it's not actually the kind of God honoring honesty that we see throughout

scripture.

It's this being raw and real, basically meaning glorifying your emotions and touting your emotions.

And it doesn't matter if your emotions really line up with truth, you can just spew them everywhere

and that's looked at as honesty. And that's often touted as a spiritual virtue in modern Christianity, but it sometimes promotes
