And every week I get to respond to questions that individuals are emailing me about their life, about universal spiritual principles and and the like. And today, I have Andrea.

And she says this. I'm having a challenge dealing with my ex-partner, the father of my nine-year-old

son. I understand that changing my perspective on him could improve my situation,

but I'm struggling to find the maturity to do so. Currently, I view him very negatively and only

see his lack of responsibility, anger issues, and his toxic behavior. This perception is affecting my peace of mind in our co-parenting relationship.

How can we love the unlovable and forgive the unforgivable? I would appreciate any advice or

strategies you may have for shifting my perspective and managing this situation more effectively.

So what we're going to do first of all is we're going to change the word how.

And we're going to say, I am finding the maturity to change my perspective on him.

You're going to say, instead of saying, how can I love the

unlovable, you're going to now say, I can now forgive what appears to be unlovable, and I can now

forgive that which appears to be unforgivable.

You're going to change those things into affirmations

so that there becomes a movement in your consciousness

that allows you to shift your perspective on him.
