We are leading Punch Bowl news, AM, with a stepback top, looking at just the current state of our

political system. We are in bizarre times to say the least. And it's pretty grim, right?

If you look just around not just in the Capitol, but what's happening in New York State, what's happening at the presidential election, right? If you look just around, not just in the capital, but what's happening in

New York State, what's happening at the presidential election, there's a lot of, you know,

kind of pretty negative stories that deal with criminal indictments that deal with public

denials of sex with underage women. I mean, it's, it's almost like when you kind of put them all

together, it's very striking in a time when it's hard to be shocked. Yeah, yeah, well put.

This is all an outgrowth of Eric Adams, who, by the way, you know, innocent until proven guilty,

for sure, as every criminal defendant is

presumed in our justice system. But the indictment from Eric Adams is just devastating.

And I want to just make a note here, you know, and we pride ourselves on being very focused

on Congress.

The two most senior Democrats in the country, Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries are both

Brooklynites, are both Democrats.
