holiday message to close out this year of 2022. I won't be releasing any more episodes

this year, so I'm going to be enjoying the holidays as much as possible and taking a short

break to regroup and come up with some brand new episode ideas and topics for 2023.

In the meantime, I want to say first,

thank you so very much for tuning into this podcast.

I say this a lot because I truly mean it,

but your presence here means the world to me. Without you here, there wouldn't be a

podcast. It would just be me speaking into an empty void. So the fact that you take the time and

space in your day, in your week, in your life, to tune in to inner work and listen to my voice and be

interested in what I have to share is absolutely humbling for me and so, so appreciated.

I hope that these episodes, especially this year, my triggered series, an awakening series, and really all of the episodes, have been useful for you in one way or another.

My highest intention for hosting this podcast is always to try to offer something thoughtful or thought

provoking to hopefully expand our minds and spirits together, to perhaps teach something along the

way, but also learn even more. Like you, I am a lifelong spiritual seeker, and I continue

to be on that path today, on that path of awakening. I believe our inner work is never done.

There's always more healing or settler healing or deeper healing that we can do.
