One, Michael McCambridge, who wrote a great book, one of the best sports biographies of all time, on Chuck Knoll.

2. Lucy Kalanafi, the widow of best-selling New York Times author Paul Kalanathie who wrote a vivid memoir

about living and dying. And finally, Dan Quinn, the head coach of the Atlanta

Falcons, on the lessons that his late father taught him.

I asked McCambridge, who's the one interview for this Chuck Noel book that he simply couldn't get.

The only person who said no out of the three years and 300 interviews was Terry Bradshaw.

I can remember Terry's personal assistant telling me at one point there's two things Terry

doesn't like to talk about one of them I'm not going to say and the other is Chuck Nolan.

I ask Lucy Kalanathi why she thinks when breath becomes air has become such an international

sensation.

The fact of Paul's book striking a chord, It is talking about suffering and dying and I think

especially in a modern society those things are like really hidden you know.

And I ask Dan Quinn how big of an influence in your coaching career was your father?

I think one of like respect, like when you go, like you gotta go battle.

And that's how you demonstrate your respect like that kind of

toughness and now my conversation with Michael McCambridge the author of

Chuck Noll his life's work.
