creative writing at Colorado State University. He's published over 200 pieces of fiction and he's won a British Fantasy Award, a World Fantasy, and a nomination for the Bram Stoker Awards.

The skimmer is on the roof waiting for him,

but he cannot help but pause to take a few deep breaths when he first

enters all that open space.
