I wanted to start actually by giving a little bit of a point of view from Henry and I,

you know, we're entering the second year of the podcast.

We're about exactly there in terms of recording by the time you all

hear this will be a little bit into the second year but as we're doing this we're

trying to make a little bit of a purposeful pivot in the following way almost everybody that we have talked to in the first
