I've got a very interesting podcast for you guys today and it's one that I would actually equate to the before and after photos that you see when someone does a fitness type of challenge or they hire a trainer or whatever.

They go do something for 90 days and then suddenly you see the before and after like holy crap like this person totally transforming their life and we can see it because of the physical transformation that actually takes place.

Well today I've got something really fascinating for you guys. As you guys know and you probably have heard in the Dad Edge Alliance Mastermind community what we are doing and what we have done ever since April of last year is that for new members who come in we now have a die hard kickstart program.

It's 12 weeks long we call it the dojo we call it the dojo because you go in you learn skills and you roll right quote unquote roll but you learn skills around marriage around connecting with your kids being more patient being for more effective leader.

Optimize your physical mental and emotional health being even being a better Stewart of your finances managing your family finances and so much more but we spend two weeks on each evolution and we take the guys through six different skill sets within that within that program.

And it has been on freaking believable as far as like a transformation goes many of you guys have I've been I've gotten so many emails and questions about like what is the dojo about like what actually happens in there well today.

You're going to get a peak behind the curtain because what I did in this particular podcast it was actually never really meant to be a podcast this is actually recording of a graduation.

So anytime our guys finish the first 12 weeks of the of the alliance and the dojo we we actually have a virtual graduation where we take the guys who have done all the work.

And then we get them on a call and they share best demonstrated practices the things they've learned and the things that they're doing and the connections they've made and all these sort of before and after is in today.

You're going to hear how sharing goals and learning from other men through crowdsource wisdom has an impact on our life and what we can do about that.

Also what it means to have really really highly high level connected family meetings right so better communication with and not just your marriage but your entire in your entire household right even how the kids interact right also.

So what it means to have a joyful accountability in our lives statistics don't lie and studies don't lie we actually have a 95% success rate.

If with whatever goal we have whether that's in our relationships our fitness money management health and fit whatever we actually have a 95% success rate if we are entered into a program like this where we actually have die hard accountability right where people are holding us to a high level.

Also how we can better connect with our kids especially our teens what you're going to hear one guy talk about that but once you listen to this podcast all the way to the end because the last and final man who shared his name Eric and he's 52 years old he's he's definitely one of one of the guys in our group who's who's on the older side of things which I love having that because his his context for things and his experience was gold for the rest of the guys.
