Matt's great to be with you, looking forward to chatting about this subject again. Numerous studies

over the last few years have shown that Americans generally, and I think Christians as well,

are struggling to maintain a healthy pace of life. Levels of stress and anxiety and depression

are on the rise virtually across the board.

In your book, you actually note a study that showed that something like 225 million workdays
