(0:00-1:07) Intro (1:08-7:14) - Tennessee & Virginia Request for TRO Denied (7:15-13:39) Senators Take Aim at NCAA (13:40-18:12) Streaming Services Update (18:13-24:20) Jim Harbaugh Takes Another Michigan Assistant (24:21-50:32) George Stoia III and Eddie Radosevich Join the Show  (50:33-1:04:43) Iowa's Tory Taylor Joins (1:04:44-1:06:47) Conclusion - Dear Andy Tomorrow! It’s a newsy day in the world of college football, starting with a small victory for the NCAA against the attorneys general of Tennessee and Virginia. Followed by a big loss. The judge in the case that was filed last week denied the AGs’ request for a temporary restraining order that would keep the NCAA from enforcing its name, image and likeness rules, but he also dealt the NCAA a massive blow when he wrote that the NCAA likely will lose the case and have its NIL rules permanently enjoined. Meanwhile, the University of Tennessee’s multi-pronged attack on the NCAA continued Tuesday when U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tennessee) teamed with Sen. Cory Booker (D-New Jersey) to re-introduce a bill that would force more transparency, accountability and speed for NCAA investigations into schools.  In non-NCAA news that could affect how you watch your college football, it appears Disney, Fox and Warner Bros. plan to team up to offer a bundle of sports channels that might cover most of the watchable sports spectrum. It sounds an awful lot like cable, but without most of the non-sports stuff.  Meanwhile, Jim Harbaugh continues to raid the Michigan staff as he fills out his Los Angeles Chargers staff. On the day defensive coordinator Jesse Minter said goodbye to Michigan fans, the NFL Network reported that defensive line coach Mike Elston would join Harbaugh in Los Angeles. Later, George Stoia III and Eddie Radosevich of On3’s Sooner Scoop join Andy to say goodbye to country singer Toby Keith, who died Monday night after a battle with cancer. Keith was a massive Oklahoma fan, and his loss will be felt across Sooner Nation. George and Eddie also talk Oklahoma’s 2024 team and where in the SEC Oklahoma fans are most excited to go. Next, former Iowa punter Tory Taylor joins Andy to tell the story of his journey from Australia to Iowa City. Taylor was one of Iowa’s most important players, and he explains how his “Punting Is Winning” shirts came to be and why Cooper DeJean is a punter’s best friend (as long as it’s the punter on his team).
