I'm your host Corey Muscarra and I'm just very happy to be here with you. I hope your day is going well. I'm tuning in again from the sunny San Francisco. It's another beautiful day here.

Today I'm going to be sharing a technique that you can use to help reduce some of the stress that we often accumulate in the body.

So more to come on that in a bit, but we will start with the bells again.

And I'm going to try out ringing the bells twice again

which gives us a little longer period of time to settle in.

If you're new and you're wondering what's going on with the bells I'm kind of scared about this

don't worry I'm just gonna ring some really pleasant sounding bells and all you need to do

But if you're a human being and you're living in the world,

there's a good chance you're accumulating tension throughout the day

without even realizing it.

In fact, I think so many of us are walking around with such high degrees of stress chronically that we don't even

know we're stressed anymore because it's just become the new baseline.

Now when that stress accumulates, it also accumulates in the body, and stress in the body often looks like tension or gripping.
