Constant and never-ending improvement is my topic today.

Another walk and talk. I'm in the backyard again here.

And a hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, summer day in Indiana, in the USA.

Hot, hot and very humid.

It's that combination that is very difficult.

Because it feels like it kind of, it rained this morning,

so like the ground is kind of wet, the air just feels like it's wet almost

and then it's very, very hot at the same time.

So I'm actually kind of standing under a tree here to get some shade.

I might even walk over to the garage.

The garage has air-conditioned.

Maybe I'll do that.

I think I'm going to do it.

Now, just this year, my daughter, who's six, started trying to learn cartwheels. She wanted to learn cartwheels.

I don't know if you know what that means.

In English, that's where it's kind of like a little gymnastics move where you start

standing up and then you go down onto your hands and you kick your legs over you.

Kind of like you're, you go into like almost a handstand position, and then you keep going and land back on your feet again.
