It's been all over your news feed about how intermittent fasting is not the magic solution

we all hoped for.

And that really the only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories.

Have you guys seen that story in your feed? I have a feeling that

it's heavy in the feeds of people that are, we're already looking at that kind of like weight

loss or health or whatever kind of stuff. And it's January still. So the biggest resolution is

always to lose weight. So it turns out that intermittent fasting is not

in and of itself like enough. Like you really do have to cut calories. Okay, didn't you know that the

news was always going to be close your mouth and stop putting food in it? Like it's depressing

because you want her to be a magic bullet. But I'm reading an article.

So, of course, I click on these things. So my news feed is full of them, right? So I read that article,

and I was like, well, you know, been done new that. Like, you can't eat all the food you want.

Because of that, my feed served me up an article about how many people are being

ripped off by witches who are selling weight loss spells online. And I don't know that I've ever

feared for the future of humanity more than this moment right here. Wow. Like for example, and you can find them on Etsy all over the internet.

In fact, there's one witch on Etsy who's selling a weight loss spell, a metabolism spell,

and a powerful magic change eating habits slash diet spell.

That's a lot for about 150 bucks.

I mean, you're getting a lot of spells on that.
