For example, I have a 5/20 Rule, where I try to schedule five- minute phone calls and keep my in-person meetings to 20 minutes, which ultimately promotes a more productive conversation. 2. Study the white space of your calendar. How can you schedule more of those five-minute calls or 20-minute meetings? How can you be more accessible to those who might need you? It not only is the restorative process, but it enhances your immune system, which is of the utmost importance. you because you're busy. Our intention means that we have to first pay attention to have an

intention. So I pay attention to what I do in person on the phone via email and all media,

radio, print, tv, social media. And I schedule things in a minimum amount of time and challenge myself

meetings, right? And then I study what I'm not doing. All these blank spaces in the calendar. So
