Morning gang, it's Judith here, older and wider co-head girl.

Talking to you from Coronwall, where I've cycled, well, not literally, I put my bike on the train.

Those of you've been looking at the notice board, all went swimmingly well, and I'm here with no luggage and feeling very liberated.

However, I have bad news. I have bad news in that for the first time ever actually because of

illness. We are having to cancel this week's pod. Jenny is poorly. She's really poorly actually.

I think the last month has really caught up with her, what with June dying, and actually Arlo's been really poorly with a terrible cough and eye infection, and Phoebe's also been really poorly. They've really been through it, actually. And basically, Jenny's been in bed for five days imagine the sheets um

bet she hadn't changed them so yeah really really poorly I think she might be beginning to turn a corner

but she can't talk she can't talk without coughing and I think you know we kind of underestimate

don't we how much grief and anxiety takes a toll on our bodies, not just our minds, but our bodies as well.

So, Jenny, we all wish you get well soon, for God's sake. We need your cheery voice and, you know, is there pointing us doing the pod, obviously without Jenny.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful messages you've been sending in and obviously wishing Jenny well.

Honestly, you're a fabulous gang, you really are.
