Right now, there is no clear plan to avoid the looming shutdown. The House rejected the spending deal,
0:55.4	174 to 235. It needed a two-thirds majority to pass. The second GOP-led proposal, I'm going to say
1:05.0	it again, GOP-led proposal included disaster relief, aid for farmers, and a two-year extension to the debt ceiling.

1:17.1	But 38 Republicans voted against it, and it only won over two Democrats.
