If you've been here for a while, thank you. This whirlwind of a project became more than I

ever could have imagined. It's impacted my life incredibly, in ways both spooky and magical.

The most wonderful part of the experience is that I feel as though I finally found my people,

those wonderful souls who lean into the darkness with humor and awe, rather than pulling away.

For that, I am so grateful. When I uploaded that first interview, I never imagined anyone would

listen, and it has been you, my listeners, who generously spread these stories by word of mouth.

You're overwhelming support through written messages, reviews and ratings, and financially

on Patreon amazes me. Thank you does not adequately express my gratitude. As an all-out podcast

junkie myself, I understand the comfort and companionship this storytelling outlet brings,

so the very last thing I want to do is disappoint any of you. However, I've decided that I must,

at least for a little while. Phantom Voices in my ear, a new school librarian job that begins in late

August, and a family life that relentlessly moves forward all add up to me needing a quick break

from interviewing the haunted. As always, I'll be on Twitter and Instagram, counting down the days
