It's time for another edition of Fighting for the Faith.

Wednesday, June 3rd 2009. Things are all quiet here on the Central Indiana front now.

Yesterday was a rip roaring day.

We had a super cell, a super cell thunderstorm come blowing through here.

Yeah, I think the correct term.

The phrase is holy wakamole.

It was, that was a ride. You're listening to fighting for the

faith. My name is Chris Rosebrough. I am your servant in Jesus Christ. Thank you

for tuning in. We've got a great program lined up today

and this is a program that dishes up a daily dose of biblical discernment. We do a little

bit of discernment in general, we comment on news, but the primary thing we do is we compare what people are saying and doing in the name of God, in the name of Jesus Christ, in the name of Christianity, and we compare it to the word of God.

Why?

Well Jesus said in the last days be sure that no one deceives you.

That means that your job, your job is to not only compare what other people

are saying to the word of God, we help teach you to do that here by doing it, but you also

get to compare what I say to the word of God. Now does that

mean that you graduate once you do that? No it means you're doing what you're

supposed to do and you're on the right track and we continue to have a great

discussion a biblical

discussion about what scripture teaches and we move on from there by the way the

big axe and I'm always grinding here at fighting for the faith in case you haven't
