The day that I'm recording this is actually technically the first day of summer and I do feel

that summer is the most comparative time so I have a little sermon

that I would like to share with you all a little extension of something that I

posted on the gram but first let me recap my amazing trip It was so short and when I left I was in probably like the lowest place that I've been this year mentally

So I land in London and my mom picks me up and I'm like sobbing to her and she's like she's

like I know you're only home for a day and a half but this is going to cure you.

So I decided to have one family

day and then one friend day it sucks because usually I go home to London for like a

full week in June but and it's like my mom's birthday but I didn't have time with work stuff so I just went for two days so on Friday

I spent the day with my mom we went on a mega long rich mom walk we walked
