I am sitting here with internationally certified yoga therapist,

certified health and wellness coach, who has had over a decade of working with her clients and on top of all

of that is a podcast host host of the art and yoga and wellness podcast Kira Whitaker finally finally

we've made it. Finally.

Randomly got our schedules to match.

We were supposed to record this a couple, like a month ago, a couple months ago.

And it just didn't work out.

And then a conversation got started based on some things that I was sharing on social and we just said we need to do

a podcast on this like immediately and we made it work and I'm so impressed with both of us.

Yeah, in less than 24 hours. Yeah. While running businesses and having two, four small children between the two of us.

Between the two of us. Yeah, that's, that's dedication, baby. Y'all are welcome.

You are welcome. But I wanted it to be timely, you know, and, and this is, I mean, so we're going to be talking about alcohol today and just our thoughts around it.

And I want to say up front that this podcast is in no way, shape, or form us pushing our thoughts.

I mean, this is something that's so new for me.

I don't even really know where I fall just yet.

This is just like a new kind of journey that I'm embarking on,

I think. And, you know, so this isn't us like pushing our thoughts or beliefs or judgments

or anything onto anybody. This is just a pure, honest, timely conversation that is, that's timely

for you and I, both of us lately.
