Hello my friends.

Hello, hello, hello. I would like to speak to you in a really real way about something today.

So as I'm recording this, you know, 2023 is starting to wrap

slowly. What? And January is always an exciting month around here because it's my birthday and I'm going to be the big

four-o on January 2nd but also my wedding anniversary is in January we got married on

January 15th and we've been married for this coming year. It will be 14 years.

So we actually get asked questions quite a lot about our marriage because we work together, of course, live together, do a lot of things together, and I know that that isn't for everybody, right?

Not everyone's meant to work with their spouse,

absolutely not, but it does work for us.

And I think that whenever there's been a long-term relationship

that seems relatively happy and healthy, people just kind of want to know.

Like what is, what's going on over there? Like, what's the advice you have? Or why do you think it works for you guys or you know what

have you learned about marriage and look this is my second marriage right I was

married very early in life to my first husband and this is my second experience right with

marriage so there are a few things that I've learned along the way not

perfectly but there is one truth that I think probably most people don't talk about because

it's not the sexy stuff, right?

It's not like communicating or just always be intimate or have fun vacations.

I mean do all those things sure if they feel good to you.

But I want to tell you this.
