Fear, right, is this real thing that comes in and wants to keep us where our thermostat is set,

where we are comfortable.

And so if we start to grow and get better, fear will come in and it will give us all of these

lies and all of these excuses as to why we should self-sabotage or bring ourselves back

down to where we're comfortable.

So those lies can come in forms of, right, perfectionism,

imposter syndrome, can paracitis. And you start talking yourself out of striving to be your very,

very, very, very best all the time. And so I have to work really hard every single day to talk to

fear and say, hey, fear, what's up? I see you. I hear you. I get you. I know

that you're here. But you're in the passenger seat of the car. I'm driving the car and we're

going to do this together. And I'm going to continue to ask myself, how much better can it get?

Instead of when's the other shoe going to drop. Oh, I should stay safe here and be careful, right?
