1:00.8	the election yesterday was indictment day. Today is a rainman day. He is going to be
1:06.8	arraigned in Washington DC later on today after our show regrettably. But I guess we'll talk about
1:13.0	it on Friday. That said, we do have some fallout from those indictments to go over. Not only from
1:19.1	Donald Trump, but perhaps more importantly, the right wing efforts to control the narrative
1:24.4	coming out of this, which there's always a couple different directions they could go in.
1:28.3	And they've chosen to take the path of, I'll say the path of blood. Basically, they want violence.
1:33.4	So we're going to be moving into that. We'll also be talking about Rudy Giuliani, not only in the
1:37.6	context of his role as a co-conspirator in those indictments, but also new details coming out
1:44.0	in a criminal complaint that he's facing from a former employee, Noel Dunphy, who's made
1:48.7	a very serious allegations that we've previously covered on the show. Now bringing the receipts,
1:53.5	bringing the documents, and this is going to be a rough one. We got a lot more news besides.
