So basically, if you park your car on a public space in the street, you have to move it twice a week during a 90 minute period between 9 and 1030.

And if you don't move your car car you get anywhere from like a 60 to

a $150 ticket so people who don't want to pay in my neighborhood parking would

be something like $700 a month or more. If you don't want to do that, you park on the street,

but then twice a week you have to go down, make sure you don't get ticketed, and then when the street

sweepers come by, move your car and this fucked up little dance that everybody does and then move it back

So rain shine all over New York City you will see people between nine and 1030 sitting in their cars doing calls or

sleeping or rushing to make sure they don't get a ticket.

That's really funny.
