Summary
In this week’s episode, we examine the Community Wealth Bill now and Act and discuss how it might pave the way for better local procurement and build wealth locally as a slight antidote to Scotland’s extractive economy.
We discuss Kier Starmer and yet another U-turn as the UK Government continue to spin around. This time on English local elections. We look at the latest revelations about the criminal charges against former SNP CEO Peter Murrel, the detail of the allegations against him and the political fallout about the delay to his trial. We also discuss how this all reflects on the SNP as a party and the scorn that was heaped on folk who tried to flag up problems.
We also discuss Alba, Alliance for Liberation Scotland, Jim Ratcliffe and much else besides.

| 0:30.6 | That's going to be one heck of a lot of public money. |
| 0:33.2 | Our money ending up being paid to blasted reform for taking the legal challenge in the first place. |
| 0:40.3 | If that isn't just the mother of all guddles, you'd wonder, and of course the local elections are |
| 0:45.8 | likely to be so disappointing for labour anyway. Is this now a shoe-in for reform? Or are we in danger |
| 0:51.7 | of getting carried away with ourselves, as some of the polls suggest |
| 0:54.9 | a bit of flatlining? We talk about all of that, the Community Wealth Building Act in Scotland, |
| 1:00.9 | Jim Radcliffe sitting in his Monaco fastness, throwing pelters at migrants as if he's not one, |
| 1:06.7 | and much else besides. Those are the headlines. Now for the podcast. |

| 1:15.4 | Well, it's been quite a good-de-lice guddle of a week. |

| 1:26.0 | I'm constantly, you know, we're both making sure that we kind of steer onto Scottish |
