And I just want to encourage you to do this to periodically stop and just praise God for how awesome his deeds are and let your mind just wander in prayer as you praise him for all kinds of different deeds.

So I'll lead us to do that now.

I want to encourage you to make this a periodic practice in your life, whether it's in your time alone with God or when you're just riding down the road or walking somewhere.

Just have a free moment. Just stop for a minute and say to God, awesome are your deeds. Let's do that right now.

Oh God, your deeds are awesome. I praise you for your deeds throughout history. You split a sea in half and sent hundreds of thousands of people through on dry land as you saved them from slavery in Egypt.

That was awesome, God. And after that, you provided food from the sky. Every day for your people, you provided water from rocks. God, that was awesome.

You led your people with a pillar of cloud by day and fire by night and directed where they went. You led them to Mount Sinai and you revealed yourself in a consuming fire and you gave them your word.

That was awesome. Oh God. And we just think about all the other stories. There's so many of them. God, you delivered Shadrach, Misha, and a bed to go from a fiery furnace. That was awesome.

You delivered Daniel from a dead of lions. That was awesome. You delivered your people from Goliath and the Philistines through a shepherd boy. That was awesome. And Jesus, you came to us.

I have no words to describe how awesome that one is. And you fed over 5,000 people with five loaves and two fish and there were leftovers afterward and you walked on water and you spoke and the wind and the waves totally calmed down and you spoke and people were healed and you spoke and people were delivered of demons.

You spoke and dead people came to life. That was awesome. All of that was awesome. We haven't even gotten into what you did in the church and the New Testament as the gospel spread, the signs and wonders and thousands of people coming to know you in a day. That was awesome. And that was only the beginning. The day there are hundreds of millions followers of Jesus that you've saved and you've saved more than that over history.

All the awesome things you've done in 2,000 years in the church. And we haven't even gotten to all the awesome things we've personally seen you do in our lives, the ways you've provided and cared for us and let us and guided us and protected us and what you saved us.

All your deeds are awesome. God and we praise you for them. We praise you as the author of awesome deeds and God we pray that you would help us just like this song.

The next song says to make your awesome deeds known among all the nations. Oh God so many people who've not heard of these awesome deeds have not heard you, Jesus and all the awesome deeds you did ultimately dying on across and rising from the dead.

The most awesome deed in all of history. God we pray that the agoria people of India would hear of your awesome deeds and believe. We enter seed for them right now and for thousands of other people groups like them. God we pray that you would use us as your people to make your awesome deeds known among all the nations.

As we say continually to you, oh God in light of Psalm 66, verse 3, how awesome are your deeds in Jesus name. Amen. And real quick, this came to my mind right since finishing praying. I want to encourage you to do this in your own life, stop and say God how awesome your deeds and just list them out.

But not just in your own life, do this when your family sit around the table for dinner and just talk about awesome deeds. God's done or before you go to bed at night just praise God for awesome deeds or do this with your church.

It is so good when we've done this in our church family and our prayer gatherings. We just start listing out awesome deeds and we could go on and on and on and that's kind of the point because for all of eternity God will be doing more and more awesome deeds.

So we will never lack awesome deeds to praise him for. We'll encourage you to do this. Yes, along with God, but also do this with others before God. Pray Psalm 663 together.
