What up everyone welcome back to the Bellis podcast. That's right welcome back. So Nicole and I feel like we've been so busy between Tahoe LA all our businesses. Oh my gosh

we just cannot wait to catch up with you all. Thank God for a happy hour sister. Amen to them. All right here we go.

Happy Humpty Bella Army. I'm Nicole and I'm Bri and this is the Bellis podcast. All right so not to snitch but I have to say. Breeze has been swept in that credit card to the point where I had to literally ask if she was okay. Well don't tell my husband. All right let's

pop that bottom. All right everyone so we're opening up with I have to say this is next to wine is the Bellis favorite but some skinny spicy margaritas. We actually have been doing something a little differently. If you

fall in some social media you'll notice in the last week between Tahoe Los Angeles everywhere we're always having a spicy margarita in our hand. We've always been having spicy margaritas more than this past week. No I agree but it's been heavy this past week. Well yeah because the pumping and dumping is less but let's have one or secret we do half the alcohol half you guys and I feel like bartenders are waiters and waitresses are like that's so genius and because I slurp them down I'm like you drink fast.

I drink fast when it comes to spicy skin is and so what Bree and I've realized is do have the alcohol so you can enjoy more and you're not like drunk because I actually truly enjoy the taste me too and I have to say it's nice not to get buzz so quick just to like you know what I just want to relax in the sun have some drinks but I want to like be drunk right well like so yesterday

Bri and I flew to Los Angeles and so I need to give a huge shout out to grussiest Mondrae they are a vegan Mexican food restaurant in west so good oh my gosh off of Melrose so delicious and they make incredible spicy skinny as they did have the alcohol for us they used to really yummy tequila it actually had a hint of vanilla and it was my first time doing that kind of tequila with my spicy skinny but it was so yummy and they even noticed how much I

slurp them down yeah it's really funny when I watch you drink a spicy skinny margarita because you get it and you get like your head starts to bob a little bit and you like

giggle and you know what I'm proud of myself I don't use straws and I'm going to just tell you all it's to save the environment but it's when you have this salt on your lips and then the spicy skinny juice goes onto your palate I don't know what it is but it makes you want to check it makes you giggle I get going excited

always said across from you and I just see you get going I see you check up okay but am I the only one like okay you have a great night sleep you wake up you're feeling good

and then by three o'clock you're like so hydrated like you if you're doing a gallon let's just say you're almost there or three leaders whatever it is you do

and you got your workout in when happy hour hits I'm like feeling good I got my workout in work is done I'm so hydrated I'm ready to like take on any bartender I agree

and you know what Nicole and I realize because we have the ore rings so when you drink at night it just throws your sleep off right you get like the alcohol

sweats you wake up every couple hours and then you tell yourself through speeding fast oh hard to be fast you tell yourself throughout the night like I'm never drinking again

and like why you like feel like a horrible person for some reason and then the next day you're like whatever but what we realize is happy hours

truly that golden hour and if Nicole and I just have our last drink by five like we do something where we go have a couple drinks between three and five if our schedule allows us then like you hydrate afterwards and then like your sleep is not run like you still good

good night sleep totally well and that's what I appreciate about the ore ring is it knows there's people out there like us so it's like look I am going to tell you not to do it I'm just going to tell you do it three hours before night

time yeah and you're like yeah exactly but so Bri and I we flew to Los Angeles and we're doing a day trip going there back because we had to go dress shopping

and know it wasn't for my future wedding that'll be another time well you've told all of us you want to wear the same dresses even though I'd like you to wear

but then I walked into Oscar De La Rente yesterday I was like well hold up I don't know right those dresses were in yeah that'll probably be the after party dress I might be one of those or might just do my own photo

shoe and collect wedding dresses we'll see but we're going to get Hall of Fame dresses well I don't tell you're going to be the run away bride

okay no like my own photo shoe okay pride to post on Instagram because that's what we all do anyways so Bri and I were getting our Hall of Fame dresses
