Summary

In this episode, we’re talking about the importance of setting realistic goals and avoiding overwhelm. I use pointillism which I know seems random but it will make sense when you hear it as a metaphor for taking small actions that add up over time. I think this will be a really timely reminder with a new year but also a good perspective to keep with you as you progress throughout the year! Can’t wait to hear what you think of this one!!

about our goals that we make this laundry list of to-do's that we think are required in order to

super hyped because it's a fresh new goal and you're like I can do all of these things

1:10.9

I can crush it but what I'm concerned about is one week, two weeks,
