Several months ago, I was out of town and had an early flight back home.

My hotel was over an hour away from the airport, and I had to leave at five in the morning

So beginning at 4.30 a.m., I had the hotel front desk start calling my room.

I set the alarm on my phone, and on my watch, and another timer on my phone.
