I'm alright, thank you Chris. I'm actually in a studio for the first time in a little while.

I usually do this in my little bubble I've got in my kitchen, so I'm feeling messy kitchen.

It's very roomy. I feel very roomy right now.

I've got facilities, I've got bottler water, everything's looking good. I'm feeling great.

See I always do it in the corner of my apartment.

You always have to one up me somewhere, your studio is far more lavish than the hunched in the corner of my apartment with a handful of coffee.

Yeah, you win, anyways.

How have you been Chris? What have you been up to?

You have been pretty good. I've just come back from Saraman.

I made a video recently in Fukuoka as always good to plug in my videos.

I went to Fukuoka and I went to Itchiran, which is this Raman shade that everyone knows and loves and raves about.

It's alright, it's a little bit overrated, but Itchiran's name for Tonkotsu Pork Broth Ramen. Have you ever had it?

I think I have, it's quite a thicker, almost peanut buttery kind of heavier kind of ramen, isn't it? It's not as watery. I really like it.

Yeah, it's kind of thick, creamy, a bit like milk. It's really nice. It's amazing.

But there's another chain that's better than Itchiran called Ipudor. I-P-U-D-O.

If you ask most Japanese people, which they prefer, out of Ipudor and Itchiran, they always go for Ipudor.

The best thing is, when you go to Itchiran, there's always lots of cues because it's very popular amongst foreigners.

I'm still trying to work out why that is, I'm not really sure why.
